UI visual cleanup, banner below to show when adblocker has found the logo

• [New Shortcut] Long press on selector toggle in channels menu to alter between adblock modes (just mute and full channel swap)

Adblocker Settings have been reworked for simplicity. Logo masks now save to DB. Bug fixes for "just distort" blur mode and more.

• [Settings] simplified to 3 presets for ad replacement modes (just mute, mute + distort, just switch streams)
• [Video Filters] added ENDARKEN_PRO video filter for cooking shows that are way too bright (they are bright to make the ads less jarring btw)
• [Video Filters] default filter not re-applied after restart failed stream or jolt to new stream
• [Video Filters] removed crazy/psychodelic party filters that obscure logo
• [Blur Mode] respite request (VOL_UP) not lifting visual distortion after end of advert
• [Logo Masks] instant logo detection on start-up, logo masks saved for 7 days instead of being rebuilt upon every stream start
• [Logo Masks] hold TICK button to clear & rebuild the current logo mask of any channel at any time - if system not working perfectly and viewer window shows a bad grab or storing stale logo mask.
• [Logo Masks] infraction detection system disabled during beta because too compute intensive and only 2 seconds quicker (a.k.a. promos & logo tumor detection)
• [Logo Masks] More accurate inkblot over broadcast logo - 1080p and 720p only
• [Infobar] Phone Mode: infobar timeout resets every tap away (no more getting stuck always showing)
• [Adblocker] long press "kill ad" button to toggle on/off of whole logo matching system which also re-enables KEEP button if disabled.
• [Touch Screen] swipe up in middle of screen for temporary logo matching respite - turns off adblocker temporarily when logo is obscured by white noise - more refined than VOL_UP +15s
