After install we enter an existing M3U/EPG URL and select a primary stream (A) for immediate playback... later we can set our fallback channels B,C if we want to be selective about what plays instead of ads.

After selecting B (the first fallback in case of ads) the menu stays open and gives you 7 seconds to wake cursor by moving up/down and begin selecting C. Note how easy it is to get distracted when something on the main feed bounces into view. Now both fallbacks are set I will only see desirable content during ads.

By pressing left on any green dotted item we can cycle through our cursor selector A,B,C,X. Note how selecting for X gives you a peek into the 'future' by showing program info for what's on next, while A,B only show 'now'. I select X as this channel to open timer menu which will be populated with programs from all 4 currently selected channels

Selecting X is special in that it also opens the timer menu and lets you see what is on and upcoming on all 4 of your current selections in a vertical timeline. It gives you the ability to set multiple future timers to be jolted to then. ABCX becomes a loose filtering of things that presently interest you, by selecting them with this in mind you've also made it easier to decide what to move to next after the current program ends - eliminating channel surfing woes.
